Job vacancies are considered to be positions for persons outside the unit (but on which can also compete persons from the unit), whether they are for definite or indefinite duration, full time or part time program and for which the employer carries out concrete actions to find a suitable candidate and wants immediate employment or in a specific time period set by the employer.
The job vacancy rate is the ratio of the number of job vacancies to the total number of posts (occupied and vacant), expressed as a percentage.
